Where's my package?

Please be aware that all orders are processed within 72 business hours (not including weekends nor holidays).

Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after purchase. If there is a delay you will be informed within 48 hours of your purchase. 

All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. PST will begin processing on the following Monday.


Available shipping methods for domestic orders include:

USPS Priority Mail: $5.99 (3-5 business days)

*Signature is required upon delivery of all packages. Please remain up to date with your tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package. If USPS attempts delivery and you are not available, please report to your local USPS Office immediately to claim your package before it is returned to us.


Can I cancel my order?

No, we are very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive yours as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable cancel it. We are happy to exchange your item once you receive and return it according to Exchange Policy.


Can I exchange an item?

Shady Bitch Eyewear DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS for returned items. 

Shady Bitch Eyewear.com understands that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to exchange your item(s) for store credit or for another available item of equal value.

Exchange Guidelines

    1. Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit or exchange for another item of equal value. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

    2. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Products with a removed hygiene seal are not eligible for return. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense. If we are unable to do so, you will receive a store credit with a 15% fee deducted from the amount of the value of the item(s) returned.

    3. All items are returned to Shady Bitch Eyewear at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number, and what you wish to receive in exchange for the enclosed item.

    4. A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Shady Bitch Eyewear. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your exchange.
